When Philadelphia plays host to the 2016 Democratic National Convention at the Wells Fargo Center July 25th through the 28th, potential nominees Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders won't be the only celebrities in town. On April 14, it will be announced that Comedy Central's late night The Daily Show with Trevor Noah will also be in Philly, broadcasting live from University City's Annenberg Center from Monday July 25 until Thursday July 28.

This is not the first time that The Daily Show has broadcasted from a large scale Philadelphia political gathering as then-host Jon Stewart and his crew (so long ago, Vance DeGeneres was still on The Daily Show) hit the City of Brotherly Love for the 2000 Republican Convention. As for recently minted Daily Show host Noah, he will make his debut in Philadelphia doing his stand-up comedy routine at SugarHouse Casino on Saturday, April 23.

There is no word as yet as to how or when tickets will be available for The Daily Show DNC taping at the Annenberg Center (3680 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, AnnenbergCenter.org); check in with Glamorosi Magazine for further details.

UPDATE: Tickets to "The Daily Show" tapings at The Annenberg Center may be requested at DailyShow.com/DNCtickets.
