Philadelphia-based, season 7 Top Chef winner Kevin Sbraga is constantly re-inventing the menu at the Chef's Counter in his eponymously named restaurant, Sbraga. This season, in honor of the fast-approaching holiday of Hanukkah, the Chef has put together a tasting menu inspired by traditional Jewish foods and flavors.

The six-course tasting menu will commence Monday, December 3, and run Monday thru Thursday for two weeks. The meal will showcase items including potato latke, salmon gravlax, chopped liver, pickled beets, crispy onion rings, bow tie pasta, kasha, beef brisket, and Jewish apple cake. Sbraga will also be offering beverage pairings with each course.

Sbraga's Chef's Counter features bar-style seating at a marble counter banked against the restaurant's open-kitchen, so patrons have the opportunity to watch the Chef and his team in action, ask questions and learn about the dishes while they enjoy the meal. The seating is limited and sells out fast, so reservations are highly recommended.
