Guests at the Chef's Counter dinners can interact with Kevin Sbraga |
For the first three weeks the menu will feature items that won Chef Sbraga the title of Top Chef on season 7 of Bravo's Emmy Award winning show.
Menu listings include Eggplant Terrine (black garlic, pickled tomatoes, jalapeƱo, shrimp puffs), Red Mullet (calamari noodles, black pork belly, lemon grass oil), Duck Breast (foie gras dumpling, orange-coriander sauce, bok choy), and for dessert, Singapore Sling 2012 (coconut milk panna cotta, tropical fruits, Singapore Sling granita).
Sbraga's Top Chef tasting menu will be available Monday, August 6 through August 25, then the offerings will change weekly beginning August 27. There will be two seatings - 6pm and 8:30pm - priced at $75 per person with an optional $50 wine pairing. The Chef's Counter only seats six and Sbraga's events sell out quickly, so reservations are definitely recommended.
