In this week’s entertainment news, we read a lot of articles about divas. American Idol judges Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey are feuding on the set, The Real Housewives of New Jersey are bashing their show's star - Teresa Giudice - in person and in print, and X Factor contestants are going head-to-head in the singing competition.
Meanwhile, the grand dame of all divas, Barbra Streisand, remains elegant. The Streisand gossip, like the lady herself, is lovely – she’s been wowing adoring friends and fans in Philadelphia during rehearsals for her 2012 concert tour scheduled to kick off in the City of Brotherly Love on October 8.
And in true show biz fashion, the Hollywood sign that inspired generations of divas is getting a face-lift. Hopefully it will know when to stop and won’t wind up with an inflated pair of “L’s” or two giant “O’s”.
